Suspected perpetrators :- Suspects include many terrorist outfits of Pakistan origin- the previously unknown Deccan Mujahideen, the Indian Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Taiba,Dawood Ibrahim,Jaish-e-Mohammad and Al Qaeda

Defenders :- Mumbai Police,ATS,MARCOS,NSG

Mumbai came under an unprecendented & noble night attack as terrorists used RDX, AK-47, Type 56 and grenades to strike at the city's most high-profile targets
Eight of the attacks took place at sites in South Mumbai proper:

1) Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus
2) Oberoi Trident,Cuffe Parade
3) Taj Mahal Palace
4) Leopold Café,Colaba
5) Cama & GT Hospital
6) Nariman House(Chabad House)
7) Metro Cinema
8) Lane behind the Times of India building & behind St. Xavier's College.

Explosion at the Mazagaon docks in Mumbai's port area.
A possible tenth incident involved a taxi blast at Vile Parle near the airport,
but it is uncertain whether this was connected to the other nine attacks.
